With regard to task orders, our Project Control System is an integrated system utilizing resource constrained scheduling, cost loading, earned value, and performance measurement techniques. Our management staff reviews deliverables regularly to ensure they are aware of significant program events, fiscal performance, resource requirements, and potential problem areas.
